Job Description: Responsible for out-bound sales calls to introduce Clearcom and our solutions to Resellers, nationwide. You will be responsible for signing on Resellers and VAR-Reseller accounts, while demonstrating to them that Clearcom is no ordinary distributor. Managing your own accounts; including but not limited to quotes, processing orders via our "state of the art" CRM/ERP integrated order solution. Only minimal Travel is required to our corporate office annually or to suppliers for product training.

Education and Experience:

A minimum of 4 years high achievement sales experience with emphasis in account management in the field of technology or telecommunications is encouraged. Experience selling in a 2-tier distribution model is preferred. BS/BA in Business or Technology is preferred. Must be comfortable with the inside sales role and possess the ability to produce targeted number of calls (30-40) per day, execute, manage and track follow-up with customers. Strong customer service skills and the ablity to connect with customers over the phone are essential. The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter and possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop successful working relationships.

Competent understanding of:

    •     Basic Telecom/PBX solutions and accessories
    •     Basic Paging hardware and accessories
    •     VOIP Telecom solutions; Including WAN & LAN aspects of VOIP
    •     Data hardware, including switches, routers and fiber interfaces
    •     Connectivity solutions; including Category 5e & 6 network infrastructure cabling, racks, jacks and
          data cabinets.
    •     Network connectivity systems; including Fiber optic and the various medias.
    •     CCTV Security surveillance products including IP network cameras
