Job Title:  Field Support Engineer - Telecommute

Job Description: Responsible for supporting our Clients technicians in the field, via telephone and or remote access. Primary Support is:


    •     NEC Aspire Converged PBX VAR Reseller product, for which we offer 1st line support.
    •     NEC UX-5000 VOIP platform VAR reseller product, for which we offer 1st line support.
    •     NEC DS/DSX Key/hybrid phone system reseller product, supplemental support.
    •     General - Network WAN & Router Support
    •     Multitech IP Gateways & Fax servers, supplemental support.
    •     Kentrox & Signamax router, media converters and data switch supplemental support.
    •     CCTV Surveillance including IP network camera supplemental support
    •     Nortel - Norstar/BCM 1st line technical support
    •     Toshiba - Legacy Key/Hybrid phone system support
    •     Panasonic DBS - Legacy Key/Hybrid phone system support
