Q) Why is there pricing shown on some items but not on others.
A) Some of the products we carry have restrictions on them by the manufacturers, and prohibit pricing on the net. Others are “dealer only” products and require you to complete a dealer application for approval to become authorized to purchase those products. Others like our “Remanufactured” products have no restrictions and are available on demand.
Q) Is Clearcom Networks a Virtual supplier?
A) No, Unlike most of the web sites you see, Clearcom Networks is a real “Stocking Distributor”. We inventory the vast majority of the products we sell. That’s why we can fulfill orders and ship the same day, from our location in California. We also have access to our suppliers' inventories to drop ship directly to you location or job site.
Q) Does Clearcom offer any product training?
A) Yes. This is where Clearcom separates itself from the herd. Depending on the brand we offer training our selves at our facility or we have manufacturers send trainers to us. We also co-ordinate webinars to best arm our customers.
Q) Does Clearcom offer Support for the products they sell?
A) Yes, depending on the brand, Clearcom offer sales and technical support. For some products where the manufacturer supplies support, Clearcom provides supplemental /back up support. Other we supply total support. We can also put you in touch with integrators who can help you directly
Q) What type of Solutions does Clearcom Networks provide?
A) Clearcom specializes in TDM Telecom Servers (PABX’s), VOIP Telecom Servers and accessories, associated Voice solutions, Network Router solutions, UPS Power Backup Management, CCTV Security Surveilence solutions and Structured Cabling including Data Racks, Cabling, Patch Panels, Data Jacks and a host of other solutions.
Q) What Brands does Clearcom Networks represent?
A) Clearcom specializes in NEC, Nortel, Panasonic, Toshiba, Kentrox, Adtran, ICC, Caddy, Sennheiser, ITS, SignaMax, MultiTech, Engenius wireless and WiFi, just to name a few.
Q) How do I open an account with Clearcom Networks?
A) Go ahead and fill out our Apply for and Account form for submission, it will be assigned to your dedicated sales rep, located in California, Nevada or Connecticut, it’s your choice. Someone will contact you within 12 hours, profile your account and apply a specific price level to your account. If you are located in California, we will need you to provide us with your reseller certificate or California sales tax will apply. Can't wait? Q) How do I get product pricing from Clearcom Networks?
A) Your sales representative will be responsible for any estimates you need. You can contact your representative by email, phone, or fax. We encourage you to request a quote, as it will give us the opportunity to prove to you just how much we know about the products we support.
Q) What is the lead time for an order?
A) Most orders are fulfilled and shipped the same day. Some orders may be drop shipped form a supplier in your state to save on shipping cost.
Q) How do you ship orders placed?
A) We uses FEDEX and UPS for the majority of shipments. Once shipped, your invoice will be emailed to you with tracking information in the body of the invoice. The same information is avialable on our cusomer portal, when you log into our web site.
Q) Do you offer blind shipping?
A) Yes, Clearcom offers free blind shipping directly to your customers. All shipments from Clearcom, designated as "blind," are shipped with no reference to Clearcom Networks at all.
Q) How are RMAs handled?
A) Clearcom has a liberal RMA policy, for customers in good standing. Any product that is DOA will be replaced immediately. Any other products that need to be returned are subject to Clearcom’s RMa policies and any conditions spicific to that particular manufacturer RMA Policy.
Q) What if I forget my password?
A) Ask you sales representitive to reset your password or you can click here to request a new temporary password.
Q) How do I change my account information?
A) Once logged in to our site you can click UPDATE PROFILE to change your contact information, default shipping information and prefered contact method.
